Wine Auction Administrator Position

We are looking for a Part-Time Auction Administrator who has:

  • Excellent Computer Literacy, especially quick and accurate on Excel
  • Good Communication skills to ensure exceptional Customer Care
  • Experience of online accounting systems, preferably Xero
  • Ability to use digital tools effectively with knowledge of graphic software, WordPress and social media
  • Experience of email sales campaigns, scheduling updates on social media, building client databases & developing marketing opportunities
  • Good general administration skills to support running the office
